Italy and Ghana advance to the next round!

Italy my favourites have advanced to the next level of worldcup soccer 2006 by defeating a tough team of Czech Republic in the last pool match.Italy scored 2 goals with one from Materazzi in the 23rd minute and a second goal by Inzaghi in the 87th minute of the match.I missed the match because of no ESPN availbility in my new home yet but anyways i got the news,in the other match Ghana beats USA to become one of the first African nations in the 2006 Worldcup soccer to advance to the other round.

I think Ghana is the surprise of the world cup - power to them for playing hard to win two matches and land at the number 2 spot in their group
