The latest stuff from msn stall brings the launch of Windows Live Messenger! With this Messenger installed on the computer, members of the MSN can talk to Yahoo contacts by simply adding them to there MSN account! A great feature for people who hate to use multiple accounts to talk to there buddies.

The latest Messenger boasts some extra cool features such as the ability to send offline messages to there contacts and the ability to chat while on “Appear Offline” status, plus the entire look and theme of the software itself is a piece of art and a very enhanced and improved algorithm embedded which frees us all dial-up users from bugs and not able to connect with less speed. The whole messenger itself is a great piece of “Gadget” for everyone. All one needs is to download the latest version of this MSN messenger known as the Windows Live Messenger from the MSN website , and install them to the system and thats all. Enjoy using it!

In my case it proved so unfriendly. The live messenger takes a good 5 minutes to sign in. And when it does, the contact list is poof!! Gone! Making me uninstall it.
Can you tell me what could be the prob?

I think Microsoft finally realized to open up as with a closed system one might tend to fade into extinction

Adding ability to talk to Yahoo! contacts helps a little bit, but I found Trillian to be much more efficient and flexible.
Anyway, thank you for the interesting post.
