Two days before, approx. at 12 PM, I loaded a 300 card and used internet for abour 4 hours. Yesterday, at 6 AM, I tried to connect and got an Invalid Username Password error. Checked my balance and it was 0. Shocking enough for me. I called the help line and filed a complaint. Loaded another Rs. 300 card at 4 PM and checked tarrif on cPTCL website. The rate was Rs. 5 / hr . Now I wanted to check the exact charges by this company, so I disconnected in 20 minutes. Checked my balance and it was Rs. 293. So they charged me Rs. 7 for a 20 min. usage. It means the tarrif on vPTCL is a big lie. Any ways, I didn't use Internet again on the same day. Today at 2 PM when I sat on my computer, I wanted to check the status of my complaint. Before that I checked my balance again and wow, it is Rs. 134 left in my account. I now prefer to laugh at myself because nothing is shocking in this country. Every thing is possible. I contacted the support but now I was confused. Should I file the new complaint first or ask for the status of first complaint :). I explaint everything and the girl on the line told me that your previous complaint's status is (INVALID COMPLAINT). So its a very nice way of abusing some one like me that vPTCL is telling me that I am filing an invalid complaint and not further information will be provided because I am a worthless customer and vPTCL have many many more like me so they do not care if I leave them :). Makes sense. I aurgued and asked that will there be any other way to get details because like this I will not be able to load a new card in my phone again, so after discussing this matter with some sernior she gave me the number 080044555 and till now, the tone is busy when ever I call this number. The bottom line is, vPTCL is a very normal PAKISTANI company, where your voice can never be heard, you have no value, and you can expect no decent service. Internet is now Rs.5/hr throughout the day. I have heard that there is another package with 0 line rent. Do you use external antenna with the V set?
