Full time Portugal comes away with a victory after an early goal from Pauleta. It is three points for the favorites, but credit goes to Angola for hanging in there and making a game of it in their World Cup debut.

Halftime After a fast start from Portugal, the Palancas Negras of Angola settled things down a bit. This game is still up in the air, although Portugal looks like the far superior team. Mexico wins 3-1 over Iran in the Worldcup match.      

Good result for Mexico in a game that could have turned ugly for them. It looked like Iran might run away with it until Mexico took over, scored first, settled down and then came out of the half in complete control.
