Pakistan to be the new Afghanistan
Posted by Khushal Khan on August 17th, 2006
The CNN Reporter while conducting an interview spoke out clearly that Pakistan is emerging on the globe to be the new Afghanistan, but while the interviewee said that it is unlikely to blame Pakistan for helping the terrorists groups as the president of the Pakistan himself got two serious blows from the Al Qaeda and is likely to be against them but there help in US so called WAR AGAINST TERROR (*War against Muslims*) and helping the US catch some serious criminals and most important members of the Al Qaeda network shows they are fully against them and are trying there best to wipe out the terrorism both from Pakistan as well as help other nations of the world in every possible way to eliminate terrorism.
Now this thing clearly shows that PAKISTAN is on the next hit list of the USA, the childish attitude shown by Indian government these days also sounds more fishy than ever, it could be because Indian government is not willing to talk on the Kashmir issue and finding ways to keep off from the dialogue as much as possible, plus in a situation like this when the world thinks that Pakistan is the main force behind the terrorist acts in the UK and the USA and is blaming the Muslims from Pakistan to be responsible for all such acts, America will be using the 50 year old rival of Pakistan ,India to help them solve this ISSUE.
Lets hope that Pakistan proves its point to be against the terrorists and make it clear to the USA (THE SELF APPOINTED WORLD POLICE & TERRORISM ELIMINATION AUTHORITY) that Pakistan is not providing any shelters to terrorists, a proof of which can be seen in there recent activity to capture 7 out of the 31 men held so far for the accused crime of the terrorist plan to blow out planes that were to leave from UK to the USA. Let’s hope all the tensions are wiped out and we have a safe and peaceful world for all the people of the world from various religions and places to live.

Atleast Filmstar Nadeem,Moeen Akhter,Zia Mohiuddin etc and alot more would have looked more cool in the ad that displays on the front page of the most upcoming newspaper of the country, seriously this shook my emotions atleast for my country!!!
Happy Friendship Day…
Posted by Hissam Amir on August 7th, 2006
Until this year, I hadn’t heard of Friendship Day and so have never celebrated it. However, my friends from the past and present have shown me their appreciation of our friendship in diverse and multiple ways. Some of those expressions have been tangible ones, such as flowers (particularly the pink friendship rose), cookies.
When I started researching the topic of friendship on the web, I came across several references to Friendship Day. The date given for it seemed to differ radically from site to site. Some places listed it for August, while others listed it as far away as February. After awhile, I gave up on my research into the holiday and assumed that a standard date didn’t exist.
Then just this past week, I noticed Friendship Day listed on an American calendar as August 6. Hence, I renewed my efforts to figure out the exact date when Friendship Day was celebrated. Finally, I came across Annie’s Friendship Day that explained the different dates for Friendship Day. Apparently, there are several friendship holidays, all of which fall on established dates!
- National Friendship Day is on the first Sunday in August.
- Women’s Friendship Day is on the third Sunday in August
- International Friendship Month is February
- Old Friends, New Friends Week is the third week of May
As well, other countries outside of the United States may celebrate National Friendship Day on the first Sunday in August but might instead pick their own day to celebrate. I couldn’t find much information on the origin of Friendship Day. However, I did find this note at the bottom of Pooh Friendship Day: “Congress sanctioned National Friendship Day in 1935 as a special day to honor and celebrate friendships. In 1997, the United Nations named Winnie the Pooh as the world’s Ambassador of Friendship.” I also found sites that were exclusively developed in honor of Friendship Day.
Although our friends certainly deserve thanks on more than just one day in the year, what better day to honor them than Friendship Day? If you need ideas for how you might thank your friend(s), look at these sites for suggestions:
A very happy friendship day to all of the friends all over the world…Peace…
New Cricket Rules!
Posted by Khushal Khan on August 5th, 2006
I was watching the cricket match yesterday in the evening when it was morning in Headingley-UK, i noticed a new rule has been added to Test Cricket by the Umpire’s Association of Cricket, its that if a bowler comes and bowls and the ball takes a thin edge of the bat and then touches the thy pad or anyother part of the body and a fielder{Wicket Keeper} catches it,its declared as NOT OUT.
P.S:This rule applies to only the English Cricket team when they are batting:)
“See thats why i do cricket no more but my father still loves watching it,i hate test matches because they are too lengthy and the result is mostly neutral ,I salute Hitler for hanging the entire cricket team prior to the worldwar2 when the test match they played ended in a draw.”

Now this news really made me respect the French people alot,i’ve been a fan of French and the Germans for there role in the UN in favor of the Muslim world and there being against of Israel invasion of Lebanon and Palestine but when i saw this news,it really made me feel that these are the epeople who deserve what they have.
A wedding in the French town of Sete of an aristocratic class Textile businessman’s daughter where notes of Euros worth 5,10,20 and 50 were shredded and thrown all over the “Baraatis;)” and people attending the marriage. This turned out to be pain in ass in the end for the businessman when the locals reported the police about the incident. Shredding bank notes is a crime in France and this act of lavishness was not appreciated by the locals who while giving there views about the report said its sick to throw it all over while there are still many people nearby who struggle so hard to get them.
Compare this to the situation in Pakistan??? I need comments here!
Tom Holmes and Katie Cruise:)
Posted by Khushal Khan on August 4th, 2006

The third “shot” for the Top Gun hero, and the follower of the modern religion Scientology is set to marry the hollywood huper star Katie Holmes in the coming week.I salute the man, why? This is going to be the third marriage of the the 43 year old “Smart Bomb” with his previous “Un-Succesful” marriages with Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman.
To add more,Tom Cruise is a follower of the religion called Scientology, Katie on the other hand is a Roman Catholic but reports say she embraced it prior to the wedding and Tom is happy about it though its likely to cause conflicts between Tom and Katie’s family who are not willing to attend the marriage if the ceremony is held in Scientology Headquarters in Lod Angeles. Lets see how much span does this marriage lasts;)
