“, a wild thought came into my mind, 148 is just a number but what about the Honourable President of the USA Mr George W.Bush, the person responsible for the deaths of uncountable or maybe millions in Iraq and Afghanistan, when will he be hanged???? This is just a question mark and will remain as it is…..waiting impatiently to blog the Hanged to Death news of this beast born on the face of the earth.

As they all say “Who has not seen Lahore is not Born yet”, i was born on the 25th of this December when i went to Lahore for the first time in life, it was a great 4 days tour with university friends and we really enjoyed it there, though Yellow Cabs and Rickshaws drivers were very strict with us as they charged double and mostly triple the original cost but overall the experience of 6 friends travelling in Rickshaws, creating pain in the round back for the Take Away at McDonald’s in Fortress stadium (Thanks to Uncle Booota ), playing hockey in the Mini Golf Club in Liberty, never even thinking about visiting the BadShahi Mosque and the surrounding areas, the great visit to the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and the best of all the 50% discount at Pizza Hut for being guests from Peshawar, the opened mouth Mini Coopers show rooms in the DHA, a tasty dinner at the culturally rich Food Street and last but not the least the discovery of new friends in the visit!!! All part was a big fun!!! Lahore i will miss you somehow….

Most of the guys in our hostel and area are not even aware of what Counter Strike is all about, we had an invitation from NUST in our university to invite students to participate in the E-Gaming competition to be held on the coming Friday in N@stec for Counter Strike 1.6, since only me and a few of other hostel mates had the idea of what it is all about as we had played it a bit on the LAN of our hostel for a few days in the past,so we were selected for the competition, GOD knows well how bad i am at this game but my friends are atleast a bit much better. I hope we loose but loose with pride since the top E-Gamers from all over the universities in Pakistan are participating in this competition, some gamers who have been into this games since 4-5 years and for us its just 3 days old practise.

Pray for us!!!

EDIT:We participated in the tournament but all the opponents were skillfull and more expert, anyways we ranked 6th out of 10 (cos of some reason i dont wanna share;) lolz), GIKI was the winner and the final match was really worth a watch as we saw GIKIans knocking out the NUSTians a straight 11-0 in a great gameplay!!! Welldone GIKI and best of luck to us in the future!!!

Many friends and regular viewers have sent me messages asking for updates, for them and all who cared to read my blog all i can say is pardon me for that, i live in hostel with a tough schedule of classes and no internet connection within the hostel so far, Labs in the university are open but for NOT USING INTERNET only!!! I am helpless and only get a chance to blog when i am in my home on the weekends, please pray that our hostel’s internet issue solves quickly as we are having a tough time without it.Till then Ilahi Amanat!
